Here is my latest toy review! Enjoy!by
Here is my first video review:
Find out why in the above video!by
I don’t have many OVOs. In fact, this one is my only one:
The company, OVO Lifestyle Toys, has been around since 2012, which is probably one of the reasons why there is only one in my collection. I tend to buy products I am comfortable and familiar with.
But, when I am given one for free…
I got this “lay on” toy (their term) from an OVO representative when I was still working at the store. I decided that I needed to try a little clit stim toy that was only made for that purpose.
It’s a nice shape, very light. The underside is silicone… I think. Their website says that their toys are made of silicone, but the box only says “100% body-safe materials”. So, I’m guessing silicone, but I can’t vouch that it’s medical grade.
Then I found the first problem: putting in the battery. The notch at the bottom of the finger hold showed where the battery hatch was, but it didn’t lift when I tried to use it.
I finally figured out – because the pictorial directions didn’t say – to pull from the OTHER, non-notched side.
That was a little annoying.
According to the directions, I was to hold the button down for three seconds before it would start. That’s a good thing, because you don’t want it to accidentally turn on/off at the wrong time…
So 3 secconds… 4 seconds… 5… 6… 7… 8…
And it started!
Again, a little annoying.
There are three speeds and two pulsations to play with.
To me, only the fastest speed was worth it, but for a beginner the first two speeds would be good. The first pulsation was good, the second not so much, but I’m usually not a fan of that rhythm on any toy so far. It’s shower safe, but I wouldn’t use it underwater.
It has a nice shape and a nice weight, but the little annoyances brought down the rating.
It’s a good starter toy, but nothing amazing.
I received two Magic Wands in the past month. One from Maxiwand, a reseller of the Magic Wand Original in the US (they also offer their own wand massager in the UK), the other from a fan (who told me, when he found out I received the wand already from Maxiwand, that I should use the second wand for a door prize at RavenCon).
Anyway, to the review:
I know it’s one of the most popular toys out there, both the original Magic Wand and all the variations, but I can honestly say I don’t get it.
Who in the world wants to cum that quickly?
The head of that wand hit my clit and basically my clit screamed “GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!” in a hard, painful climax.
And then my clit didn’t want ANYTHING near it the rest of the night. And the uncomfortableness I felt from it made the rest of my body shut down as well.
My personal opinion – and that’s all any of my reviews are, backed by my knowledge, of course – I can understand why some women would like it. It has two speeds: high powered and super high powered, it’s plugged in so no battery worries (although I don’t like being attached to a wall), and it gives ONE powerful climax.
And (for me) a lot of pain afterwards.
As someone who has multiple climaxes, including doubles and triples, and is (when not using this toy) pretty much insatiable, this was a real let down. There was no slow buildup to climax, no throbbing pulsation right before, no wind-down of pleasure, no happy glow as my body reboots for another round of fun.
I can understand how some women would LOVE this toy. The power behind it is potent, and for women who have a tough time building up or have too many things on their mind to climax, it’s probably the perfect toy.
But for me, and I’m guessing for many other women out there, this is too powerful for my body. I can appreciate the quality of the toy (although I’m not fond of only two options of speed and no pulsations, but for what this toy is made for, it’s not needed), but it’s just not a toy for me.
And in full disclosure, I couldn’t use it more than once. The other times I tried to use it, my whole body tensed up and my legs clenched together.
On the upside, it is a wonderful massager for my back…by
This was sent to me from a fan on Fetlife.com *waves to her fans there*. I had been talking on fet about how I don’t really like handcuffs and – since I don’t have a headboard/footboard, was wondering if the Sportsheets set would be a good purchase.
I really wasn’t asking for anyone to buy them for me, but I am certainly not going to turn a gift away!As many of you know, I am a Sensual Dominant. What many of you don’t know is that I’m rather lazy. Tying people down – especially when you don’t have a headboard or footboard – is a rather burdensome task.
Also, I’m not really fond of metal handcuffs. They chafe, especially if you’re doing things right and the sub is thrashing good and hard. And ropes… well, doing ropes properly requires a lot of training and skill, and let me refer you back to the part about me being lazy…
Then I found Sportsheets Under the Bed Restraint System.
It’s a very easy system to set up. The longer straps (which are under my bed still and not photographed) slide under the mattress with two straps up top for the arms and two down for the legs. They are adjustable and have rings at the end to connect the restraints, so you can decide how many limbs the sub is allowed (or not allowed) to use.
The restraints are soft, adjustable, and secured with Velcro. They can be used on both bigger or smaller wrists. The weight of the subs body on the mattress also serves to keep the straps in place, if needed. My bed is a captain’s bed, so I didn’t have the concern of it possibly sliding between the mattress and box spring.
So, I decided to use this system on the boy. He wasn’t too thrilled with being tied up, and I think if it were any other form of restraint he wouldn’t have agreed to it, but I honestly wanted to see how durable these straps were. Remember, the boy is 6’2″ and 270, so if they could hold up to him, I would be impressed.
They seemed to do rather well. The system stood up to everything we did, until the very end. We were just chatting about something and the boy gestured with his hand and Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip! the wrist restraint tore.
Now what to do with the ripped restraint? We recently at work had a Skype meeting with a rep from Sportsheets, and she had mentioned that they have a policy wherein you let them know about any mishaps with the system (or any of their products), send a picture, and they’ll see what they can do; in some cases they send replacement parts.
I’m a little disappointed that the item ripped after only one try, but I am impressed with the system itself and the ease with which it can be used.
I’m going to keep this rating tentative, as I see with how much ease I can get a consult on the ripped restraint. I shall keep you posted!
You can purchase the Under the Bed Restraint System from the Sportsheets site or come visit me at the megastore, and I’ll be happy to help you out!
EDIT: I UPDATED MY REVIEW! SEE IT HERE!by
Let’s start with the basics: the packaging and theme.
Doc Johnson created a great Wonderland-themed series of toys+ of which this vibrator is a part. Each toy is made of silicone and represents an aspect/character from the Lewis Carroll stories. The interior box (beneath the sleeve) is made to look like a book, and opposite the toy is a picture of all the toys in the vibrator series. It’s a nice presentation if being given as a gift, as well as has space underneath the toy to store the AA battery needed for use.
How much do I like this toy? I actually get reprimanded by my manager for selling so many of them so quickly. Within days of shipment, all the Pleasurepillars and most of the Heavenly Hearts are gone.
Why? Well, I’d like to say it’s because I am that magnificent a salesperson, but a lot of the credit has to go to the toy.
The first thing you notice about the toy is how soft to the touch the silicone is, almost powdery. The next thing I point out to the customers (besides the unique color) is how the head of the toy flexes, so if you hit a sweet spot and your hips thrust, the toy moves with you.
The top of the toy is a ‘thumbprint’, as opposed to a thin tickler. It covers more of the clit and gives a great sensation to the area. This also makes it a good toy to use on a man’s balls and taint, and either gender’s asshole (but not IN the ass! there’s no “T-bar” on the bottom of it!) or nipples. The curve is great for G-spot play, and the bumps give a great feeling during penetration.
But wait! That’s not all! There are ten different modes (3 levels of vibration and 7 pulsations). And one of my favorite features: there’s a green light on the bottom that flashes in rhythm with whichever pulsation/vibe is being used. It may seem odd, but the light not only lets you know which pulsation you’re on, but also lets your partner see what they’re doing in the dark.
The only thing that keeps this toy from being perfect is that it can’t be used for anal play. Although there is a Wonderland butt plug line out there (and a cock ring line too!), this particular shape would have been great for prostate massage!

A fan of mine bought me these after hearing that I wanted to try some ben wa balls.
It was a nice gesture, and really appreciated – I always wanted to try my hand at kegel exercisers… so to speak – but these balls leave a lot to be desired. They may look like some high-end brand balls, but looks can be deceiving.
On the box, it says the toy is made of silicone, but the smell of them says otherwise.
Of course I tried them! When someone is nice enough to give me a toy, how can I not at least give it one try (as much as I appreciate the gift, I wasn’t going to do my normal 3 tries to make sure).
The balls are not too wide for me (what kind of “sexpert” would I be if I couldn’t handle them?) but they don’t feel nice when inserted (even with a lot of lube) and the bottom ball just wouldn’t stay all the way in!
It kept slipping down and hanging between my lips. No matter how much I pushed them in and squeezed, my own body would basically push it out. I was never able to push them in far enough to get some traction on the bottom one.
And then there’s the fun little seams on the side, that scratched me quite hard when I squeezed in frustration.
As much as I appreciate the gift, this item is not made of safe material, has a painful raised seam, and is very uncomfortable. It’s not something I would use again, and I just can’t keep it as part of my collection.
Special thanks to my fan, who asked to remain anonymous. I was honored that you thought enough of me and my blog to send me a gift! I look forward to seeing you again on the convention circuit!

This was a gift given to me by one of the customers at the store. I was told I could choose any toy in the store and they would pay for it.
So I chose the G-Vibe by Fun Toys.
I honestly chose it because of the packaging.
I’d never had a V-shaped toy before, and just in case I wasn’t sure about the many ways it could be used, it came with this handy instruction pamphlet:
Here are the stats:
Overall length: 9 1/2″.
Insertable length: 6″.
Arms length: 3 1/2″
Base width: 4 1/4″ around.
Arm width: 2 3/4″ around.
I’ve been told that there are ten levels of speed (I dunno, I just hold the + button to the fastest) and there are six different pulsations:
1) It’s rechargeable!
2) It’s silicone (water based lube only!)
3) Motors at the tips of the arms; makes for wonderful clit vibage!
4) The arms open up to feel like a thick toy, but are light and bendy!
5) Really fast speeds!
6) Very versatile!
I’m very fussy when it comes to pulsations, and the G-Vibe has a couple of weird ones. One of them I think is supposed to be a wave, but it feels more like the toy is dying and then picks up speed again. Not fun for me at all!
But the straight speed… wow! And when you put both arms of the toy inside, it hits both my G-spot and the back wall (I dunno the official name for it, but it it’s the front-side of my backside) it feels really good!
So then I had a thought… let’s try it on the boy!
I turned it upside down and slid it on the boy, the arms on either side of his shaft and the base of the V resting against his head. Being that he is not familiar with toys, I started with a slower speed and stayed away from the pulsations. The boy really liked it. And he liked it more the faster the speed. He also liked when I put the tip of the arm on his tip, although he liked the other way better.
The G-vibe is almost perfect! It was just those weird vibes that made it not a perfect 10.
You can (EDIT: you can’t purchase through their site) find out more about the G-Vibe at the Fun Toys site or you can visit me at the megastore and I can help you! 😀by
Believe it or not, sometimes it’s very difficult to find clothes when you have a natural hour-and-a-half-glass shape. Many times the clothes either don’t taper in to show off my waist, or don’t flare outward to accommodate my hips.
And don’t get me started about how companies don’t realize that naturally large breasts need support to be perky…
So I was a little wary to try any lingerie, let alone review it.
Then I saw the Baci line of lingerie.
There were a few things I really liked about the collection right away. First of all, they had a full “plus-sized” collection, in both Queen (size 16-20) and Diva (size 22-24). Although I am a size 14, I looked through the options in the Queen size (lingerie tends to run small).
They had a lot of options of styles for various body types. Halter dresses, chemises, baby dolls, nighties, body stockings, naughty costumes, various types of panties… in various colors and patterns.
Their packaging is also unique. Each box has a picture that seems to capture the model in the middle of a scene from a romance novel.
The sets, the lighting, the poses… it all hints towards romance and sophistication, not indecency and raunchiness (one complaint; sometimes they don’t have a plus model on the plus products… especially on their ‘Dreams’ line).
The Ruffle Mesh Nightie is part of their White Collection: a gorgeous purple with black ruffles that flares out slightly from the chest to the hips. The outfit is made of nylon with a little bit of spandex for stretch appeal.
I liked the way it fit (although there was minimal support for my chest) and it was incredibly comfortable. I didn’t have the urge to tug on it or hide parts that I don’t feel look good like I normally do with lingerie. It was made for my curves, showing what I want to show and hiding what I didn’t.
One complaint: the ‘straps’. Sadly, they weren’t straps at all. They were flimsy spaghetti strips that were sewn on with minimal stitching. There was no way to adjust the strips that I could see except to tie the excess in a knot on each side.
I wore it on one of the first evenings with the Boy, and in my haste to put it on, I gave the nightie a pull to put cover my breasts and ping! there went one strap. Then when the Boy gave me a snuggle… ping!
I know lingerie should be easy to tear off, but some effort should have to be made!
But the best proof of good lingerie is where it winds up at the start of the evening:
Although I liked the feel and look of the nightie, the straps really let me down, literally and figuratively!
